Dr. Coach

A professor of social psychology at the University of St. Thomas puts his PhD. to use on the basketball floor.  He tries to recruit self-motivated student athletes who will work with him and the team, and improve over their careers.  DIII coaches do not hover over their players like the DI coaches, so he figures, he better find players who will work on their own.
